Who we are

Product Campaign Studio is a service of The Good Guys. We make product campaigns (images, video and design) with AI tools and people who review and direct the work.

Your order

You choose the finished assets you want before you pay. What you pay for is what we make: the asset types, quantities and video lengths in your order. You can add more at any time at the prices shown.

Each asset type includes two rounds of changes. Extra rounds, extra finals or anything outside your order are quoted before we start them.

What you give us

Your brand name, homepage, product pages and Instagram. You confirm these are the right sources before we generate anything. You tell us you have the right to use the product photos, logos and brand materials on those pages, and you let us use them to make your work.

30-day money-back guarantee

Within 30 days of your first payment you can ask for your money back for any reason. We refund everything you paid except the AI cost of the work already made for you, which we list line by line. One money-back claim per customer. Work that's refunded is no longer licensed for your use.

You can also stop at any time. You keep every final you've approved, we deliver everything made so far, and we refund your unused balance, never less than what's left after the AI cost already spent.

What you own

Once your order is paid, you can use the finals you approve for your business, anywhere, for as long as you like. You also get every other version we made along the way to use as you wish.

The people in your images are original, AI-generated characters. They aren't real people and don't need model releases.

How we may use the work

We keep a copy of everything we make for you, so we can redeliver it and keep improving the studio.

We may show the images and videos we made for you, and before-and-after comparisons with your original product photos, in our portfolio and marketing. You can opt out at any time by emailing us, and we'll stop using them in new material.

We never publish your name, your face, your quotes or your results as a testimonial or case study unless you join the case study program below or say yes in writing.

Case study program (optional, 15% back)

If you opt in at checkout, you pay the normal price. When your order is finished and you've given us a 0 to 10 score, written feedback and a short guided video about your experience, we refund 15% of what you paid.

You earn it by completing these steps, whatever you say. Honest feedback, good or bad, counts the same. When we publish your video or quotes, we say that you received a discount for sharing your experience. By opting in, you allow us to use your video, name, brand, quotes and the work we made for you in case studies and marketing.

The program can't be combined with partner codes.

Delivery

We deliver to a Google Drive folder (and, when available, your own Drive or Dropbox): your selects in every size, every version made, and a guide to what each file is for.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars. We don't store your card details.

Changes

These terms are version 2026-09-26. If we change them, the version you agreed to at checkout applies to your order.
