What we collect

What you give us when you order: your brand name, homepage, product pages, Instagram handle and email.

What we gather from those public pages to make your work: product photos, page text, colors and fonts, and recent public Instagram posts.

Your choices and notes on our review boards, your feedback, and, if you join the case study program, your video.

Payment is handled by Stripe. We see that you paid and your receipt email, never your card number.

How we use it

To make and deliver your campaign, to email you when there's something to review, and to improve the studio.

The work we make may appear in our portfolio as described in our terms, and you can opt out. Your name, face and quotes only appear if you opt in.

Who we share it with

Services that help us make and deliver your work: AI model providers that generate images and video, Stripe for payments, Google Drive or Dropbox for delivery, and our hosting provider. We don't sell your data.

Google Drive and Dropbox

If you connect Google Drive, we only ask for access to the folder and files our app creates for you, so we can deliver your work there. We can't see the rest of your Drive. You can disconnect at any time in your Google account settings.

How long we keep it

We keep your work and order details while your account is active and for up to two years after, so we can redeliver files. Ask us and we'll delete them sooner.
